School Production
The College runs a very successful School Production each year.
In previous years we have produced shows such as Shrek, Legally Blonde, All Shook Up!, We Will Rock You etc.
The aim is to keep the theme light, upbeat, fun and always with a positive message. Ultimately, we try to get as many students on the stage – and behind the scenes, as we possibly can.
To make our shows as wonderful as they are, a level of commitment is required if you want to be involved in the school production, as a cast member or a crew member.
-
Be prepared to perform in front of an audience
Be able to dance, sing or act – at any level
Be able to work as part of a team, help your cast mates to remember lines and choreography, and have a fun and positive attitude.
Attend rehearsals every Monday after school from 3.30pm – 5.30pm
Attend the School Production Camp (3 days in July/August)
During show week (in August), more than ½ of the week will be taken up with dress rehearsals and shows
If you are a main cast member, you may be required to attend some additional rehearsal sessions during lunchtime or after school.
